There are days they are super quick. There are days I call at least 1-2 hours out before I have to be at work, and I still wait.

I HAVE USED TI FOR MANY YEARS OVER THE LAST YEAR THEY HAVE BECOME THE WORST CAB SERVICE IN CHEYENNE WY TODAY MISSED MY DOCTORS APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THE WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE IT WILL BE A COLD DAY IN HELL BEFORE I TRUST THEM FOR A RIDE MUST BE A REPUBLICAN COMPANY POOR TO NO SERVICE,,,,,,, I FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO THEM TOOK 4 HOURS THE DISPATCHER SEEMED HIGH REALLY KINDAAAA STUPID DULL UNCONCERNED I BET I'LL NEVER SEE A CAB AT MY FRONT DOOR SOME ONE NEEDS TO SEE IF THIS COMPANY EMPLOYS DRUG ADDICTS

Called at 9am to make a reservation for the next morning at 130am, was told to call back that evening, I called at 7pm and was told to call back when I needed the ride, that they do not take reservation. Called at 1am and was told that I should have made a reservation and that they were not available.

I called and reserved a cab, from my home in the East side by 12th street, to court house and back, the driver said "ehhh....36.00..ish..well lets just call it $40" at the end of the fair, I  don't use them anymore...i recommend use any other one in town.
