Story

We are a full service veterinary hospital, treating dogs and cats, as well as exotics, such as ferrets, birds, snakes, reptiles, amphibians and fish.. We perform in house laboratory services, dental cleanings and procedures, orthopedic surgeries, microscopy, endoscopy, and radiography.

We also offer professional grooming four days a week by appointment.

Made  appointment to have my parrots nails trimmed.  Got there and was told that my parrot had to have a exiame before nails could be trimmed. They wanted an additional  $55.00. 
That should has been stated when I made the appointment. I left with parrot in hand and will seek another vet.
I do not appreciate All CREATURES for holding back on this information for extra charges for new patients. 
Very poor business practice.

I went at all creatures for a check up for my cat. They said that my cat needed a type of vaccine. I said ok and made a appointment so my cat can get the "vaccine". My cat came in there healthy came out very sick. My cat didn't eat anything for days i tried feeding her myself but she throwed it up. After 1 week of my cat getting the "vaccine" she was super sick and ended up dying. I WILL NEVER bring any of my pets here ever again.

Amazing staff has helped us with multiple fur babies. Dr. Setser and Dr Scott are so kind and knowledgeable they are like Dr Doolittle they just always know exactly what my little guys are trying to say. Thank you all so much for the fast, friendly, kind service you've given our family over the years.
