I've had to go their twice with elderly cats.  My oldest cat died suddenly about 2 years ago.  I took her there, but unfortunately she was already gone.  They did not charge me a penny for rushing her in and having the vet confirm that.  They also brought to me in a private room so I could have time to say goodbye.  The arranged with Angel's Pet Cemetery for her cremation.  They were so kind and sensitive to my grief.  I highly recommend them when you have an urgent situation with you fur baby.

A pet emergency is very disconcerting. They were extremely helpful. Chaos in a moment, relieved by the competence of intelligent staff.

Went in the other night after my dog got under my tire as I was pulling off, immediately went to animal emergency center and they got us in right away! I was crying so hard I'm not sure they could even understand what I was saying (my dog is my fur baby) & they were so kind and took such good care of my baby. They gave him a pain shot, did an ultrasound, X-rays, and did everything they could to make sure he was okay! Prices were VERY reasonable! Vet working that night was so kind! I had to hug her before we left. Staff is absolutely amazing, can't stress that enough!!! I Pray nothing ever happens to my either of my fur babies again but if it did I wouldn't hesitate to take them here. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you all for taking care of Nash, he's almost back to his normal self! 🙌🏽

Yesterday morning my daughter found a kitten on Highway 169 that had been hit, but was still alive and seemed in fairly decent condition. My daughter took the kitten to this Animal Emergency Center and their first concern after hearing the sad situation for this kitten was "Are you signing the cat over or are you paying for the cat's bill?" She asked them what it meant if she signed the kitten over. They said if she's signs it over then they will no longer be able to give any information to her regarding the kitten. Even after my daughter explained that we might want to adopt and pay the bill if the could first do a quick exam and see if the kitten was going to be okay. They still said if we don't agree to pay for the bill, we have to sign the kitten over. So she signed the kitten over, we're not going to agree to pay a bill for a kitten when all my daughter was trying to do is save a poor kittens life. 
I called this morning to see if maybe they would be kind and just let me know if the kitten survived. The lady on the phone's first question, was "did you sign the cat over?". I of course said, "Yes, my daughter did, but we've been concerned about the kitten all night and would be willing to pay for the bill and adopt the kitten if it's still alive." The receptionist was very cold and rude and just kept saying it's their policy. So basically all they want is money, they do not care about the animals. I will never take another animal to this place. The reviews speak volumes. Do not trust them to be a loving compassionate vet, we should've taken the kitten somewhere else. They probably put the kitten down after finding out we wouldn't agree to pay.

From the first moment I called they were the most professional compassionate people I have interacted with.  Everyone from the front desk to the tech staff was informative, helpful and sensitive to both me and my Cat.  I was fortunate that "Louie" recovered and came home with me and am very grateful for AEC.
