I have been dealing with Jeremy for 3 years now and he is great, they always been the lowest rate for our family vehicles so im not changing anytime soon

I have not had a problem up until now where my rates although never making a claim went up by a large amount. When contacted they did not want to talk about it and was rather rude so I searched for a new insurance supplier and found much cheaper rates. I have been hung up on and they are making it hard to cancel my policy.
