Horrible, horrible horrible agents. They do not know how to serve their customers. No call backs, they said an agents will follow-up, they never do. I always have to follow-up. Really bad. I don't know if it's bad management or just bad agents. Either way don't expect top quality service.

Allstate as a company as a whole is a great insurance company. But what ruins it are agents like Tania who lie to their customers by misrepresenting their insurance needs that don't fit into the companies guidelines for underwriting. If you want to insure your rentals as places where Allstate will think it is a homeowners and have your claim denied, go ahead.

AGENT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE! 
I had a great agent at start for a few years ....she left Now i get a clown that doesn't return calls (2Months) I had to call back...They dont update info when requested 5-15 times. Not the type of agents that need to be working in this line of work. Money grabs and ignores. Well its time to find a agent that can clearly live up to what they say they will do or at least within a reasonable time frame.
