This is for the Bluffton, SC office. We used them to empty our attic for an upcoming move. Their employee stepped through my ceiling (things happen) but we were assured by the General Manager (Jake) that his company would take care of this. We then two weeks later used them again (since we were assured they would pay for the repair of the damage) and did a $2,100 move from home into storage units. We have been emailing back and forth with corporate (claims department) and have been sent other people's information but our's has yet to be addressed. Today we get an email and their "Board" wants to see proof of us paying to get it fixed. Their employee put a hole in my ceiling. We sent photos. The local manager, Jake, told me to just "Trust" him, low them to do my $2,100 move and he will ensure the claim was handled. They made almost $3,000 from us in the two weeks yet keep putting us off and not paying for the damage their employee did. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY play nice on the phone but it is all hoax to just get more business. VERY DISAPPOINTED in a company and especially the General Manager.

just used them Jan.15 2018 everything was going good till they tried sliding my fridge across my just laid new floor instead of using the hand cart! The employee assured me that the boss would send someone to look at it by the next day. When I called the claims dept. she said she would send me the forms which I fill out with pictures and notarizes back then they investigate the claim how long will it take who knows! The employee taking my payment was very nervous and fidgety when I asked questions I did not sign the papers about damage if you have damage DO NOT SIGN THE PAPER !!! YOU GIVE THEM THE UPPER HAND!!! if AND WHEN THEY MAKE MY CLAIM GOOD I MIGHT CHANGE MY REVIEW!!!

Mark and Marcus did a great job loading our pod. They were professional and polite, as well as efficient. We were very pleased with their service and there were no surprise fees at the end.
