Rafted for the first time on the full day trip down the Merced River with my adventurous family. Had a fabulous time and the staff served a hearty, healthy lunch. Dane, our guide, was knowledgeable and friendly. We felt safe the entire time because this company had an experienced guide in another boat ahead of ours for extra safety. Wetsuits, helmets, and life jackets didn't hinder our experience at all. So glad we went with this family owned company!! They were personable and wonderful!!! We are planning our next 3 day rafting trip with you on the Touleme River!! Kudos from the King family. June 2017

Based on customer service not the rafting as we couldnt even get that far... Worst customer service ever PDF was not working but they dont send brochures abroad.. When asking for availabillity got told to come back in may?? Im not from the states so i cant just come and go when ever i please also got told no other company would be able to take us which was a lie we booked with a different company who gav us no problems what so ever. thanks for nothing AO!!!! If I could give less than one star I would

From the first phone call until my trip was completed this company was top notch! I went on the overnight Middle Fork American River trip and had a blast! The guides are extremely knowledgeable about the river and all the rapids and how to approach each one. I was really impressed with the systemization of the meals. Almost everything was made fresh. This company has been around for a long time and they have their systems dialed. I enjoyed the entire trip but let me tell you, Tunnel Chute is AMAZING!

What an incredible experience! Hadn't been rafting for several years, and now with my husband and I being "60ish"...we didn't know if we were up for the class 4 rapids on the American Middle Fork. Having done the Lower South Fork on Monday with our guide Rose, we asked if it was a "Go"? Tuesday's Middle Fork was fabulous! We couldn't have asked for a more caring and professional guide. Rose was amazing, (as was all of the other staff as well). I would highly recommend this rafting company to young or old...they are marvelous from beginning to end. Thank you Rose for helping check off another thing on my bucket list. I will be back :)You rock!
