The Reno Train trip in February was cancelled and Key Holidays refuses to offer refunds in a timely manner. It's been 6 months and they keep saying "next week" until eventually the people answering the phone say you not going to get anywhere. They have an "F" rating on BBB and I would never book with them again. Social media will hopefully spread the word to keep customers from getting taken for a product that was never delivered and refuse to give refunds.
