We came here last night around 1 AM because our dog was not doing well. I just want to say thank you to everyone there last night. Even at 1 AM everyone was extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful, and had a great attitude. The receptionist was very sweet, the vet techs where amazing, and the vet was fantastic. Everyone was very informative and answered all my questions with the best attitude. No one pressured me into doing unnecessary test just to get more money, they took to heart how I felt and that shows me they truly care about their clients (both animals and their owners). Thank you again! We really appreciate the great care you all provided last night.

I am so impressed with the quality of the staff at All Pets Animal Hospital.  It is an impressive facility, but the reason I gave it 5 Stars was because of the care my cat has been given.  First, the vet techs are very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. They really understand cats and do everything to make sure my cat is cared for. Dr. Choyce is also very caring and knowledgeable and provides the highest quality care for cats.  You can tell this hospital has high standards.

Went here a year or so ago for an after hours visit (and have been meaning to write this scathing review since). Saw Dr. Choyce, who tried to bill me a thousand dollars before properly examining my dog. When I balked at the invoice, he tried to guilt me into paying it (telling me my dog was going to die unless I approved care), then tried to push financing options on me, and then became extremely rude and rushed me out the door. 

Went to our regular vet the following day. He examined my dog and prescribed the medications he needed for 1/10th of the cost. He did not inflate the invoice or try to sell me oxygen, life support or snake oil to run up the bill.

I am still in disbelief at the quality of care, the invoice and the experience. My wife and I look at each other in disgust every time we drive by this clinic. We will not be back - EVER.

I will always be so thankful for the kindness and compassion that the staff at All Pets showed for my kitty, Luna. From the moment I called to the moment that I left with her - the receptionist, doctor, and technician were all so welcoming and patient. Luna stayed for a few days and Dr. Lee kept me up to date with daily phone calls. I knew she was in the best hands she could be in. They let me come visit her (which I very much appreciated) and not once did I feel rushed. When it came time to letting her go home, they were very clear and patient with all of our questions. Luna is 100% back to her normal and healthy self and I have All Pets Animal Hospital to thank! I definitely recommend them if you have a pet emergency in the Katy area!

The level of detail and care this vet provides is top notch. My sister's boyfriend had a traumatic experience getting his dog spayed and she didn't make it (not here). But this story put me on high alert for Pickles and I did as much research as possible before landing here. All of the assistants and vet techs and veterinarians were so detailed and walked me through the entire process of her spay. Honestly, I don't get this type of care and attention from my doctor! I received phone calls right before and directly after updating me on Pickles' spay and when I came to pick her up...the veterinarian had her all swaddled up in her blanket I brought and carried her in!! Cannot put a price tag on these folks, as I know my baby is being cared for in the same way I'd care for her. All pets has a client for life with us. Thanks so much everyone for making this an easy and smooth process.
