I took my dog Rowdy to Dr. Purser for an extraction of one of his upper premolars. From the moment I called the office for the first time, I received exceptional service. Terry was very friendly, answered all of my questions and made scheduling very easy. Dr. Purser called me three times on the day of the surgery to update me on Rowdy's status, which I appreciated. He went over all of the x-rays, photographs and post operative instructions with me when I arrived to pick up Rowdy. He also called the next morning to check on my dog. Rowdy is doing great and it hasn't even been a week yet! I would recommend Dr. Purser to anyone, especially if your animal needs dental services. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does.

I have had our pets cared for and seen by several of the veterinarians in the Highland Knolls office and they are all thorough, caring, professional and easy to talk to! All of the support staff are wonderful and truly LOVE animals! They are so sweet and gentle with our dog, Scooter. They ALWAYS call later in the day or the next day to see how your pet is doing since their visit. We have been going here for 19 years and wouldn't think of changing practices!

I have been taking my min-pin Diego to HKVH for 5 years and have always felt confident that he was in good hands. The vets at this hospital have an admirable passion for taking care of the precious pets brought to them; their love of animals is very apparent in the way they interact with their patients and the "parents." Everyone at this extraordinary hospital is compassionate and friendly, and goes out of their way to make each visit a positive experience. I highly recommend HKVH. Highland Knolls Veterinary Hospital fully deserves each and every star received.

We have been very happy with Highland Knolls Vets! Every staff member has been pleasantly helpful and professional. They are responsive to getting our pet in when he needs to be seen asap. We highly recommend them!

Dr. Purser & co. have been our family vet for over 20 years. I have tried other vets in the area, looking for a less expensive option, but the bill ends up being the same IMO. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to see the Vet, even when it's an emergency visit. They take their time with you, and answer all of your questions. I am a happy customer, so are my babies.
