We brought our cat into this hospital tonight and I have nothing but the most wonderful things to say about the BluePearl Vet. To start, I called for basic information and the person I spoke with was extremely reassuring and helpful. We brought Jude into the hospital right after that phone call. I met Yolanda (This woman is an angel). I had been very emotional and worried about my cat and this woman was wonderful. Dr. Rogers treated Jude and communicated the entire process so extremely well. We were explained about prices and how the entire process worked. Our vitals, x-rays, radiology exam, and treatment took all of an hour and a half. I am so happy we took Jude (my baby) into this clinic. They took such great care of him and he is now home, starting to feel better. The bonus for me was the hug Yolanda gave me as we were leaving. The care and love she showed me during this time lifted so much worry and stress from my heart. Please, consider BluePearl for your babies.

The front desk personnel was down right rude The technicians were very helpful and caring. If it wasn't for the nice technicians I would say if you care about customer service don't bother bringing your pet here. Pet lovers and pets deserve A rating customer service!

My dog had very low blood glucose. He was very weak and couldn't stand up at home so I brought him here for the first time. I waiting in the room for 30 min for someone to come check him out and mind you I am very worried as he is very weak. I understand there are more critical things but no one even came to check up on him. I finally walked out the room and one of the doctors (i believe it was Dr. Roger) came into the room. No greeting, very cold personality, didn't even introduce herself. I'm trying to explain the whole timeline of what happened and she keeps cutting me off. I told her I was waiting 30 min and that I am a worried owner and no response like she can care less. The least she can do is console me or my dog. A second doctor came in (Dr. Kleg or something) she was very nice. I give her 5 stars and the front desk. My dog was in the hospital for 12 hours and no one even called to update me. I had to drive up there to find out the status and they told me they contacted my actual VET (VCA) and then 4 hours later I am still waiting for a call so I had to call again. I hope I did not get her name wrong but if that was Dr. Rogers, Please be a little more courteous and caring. I know your job is critical and hectic but in customer service you can't be cold like that. I am also in customer service (IT) and put a smile on my face everyday. I deal with CFO's and Executives which is nothing compared to your job obviously as you are dealing with lives. How can I be comfortable with you when you act like that? I felt uncomfortable after her attitude. I am not sure if I would go back honestly. I thought this was an emergency hospital.

My best friend Charlie was referred to your murder chambers from my family vet, he had a enlarged spleen and should have been seen immediately, but when I called to get him in I was put on hold for an eternity and then was told I had to have a referral from my vet. I called my vet and was told they had faxed everything to BLUE PEARL and I just needed to get Charlie in for an ultrasound. Once I did get someone on the phone I was told they had no appointment to see the specialist until Tuesday, then she found one for Monday but needed to ask if she put him in that spot because the SPECIALIST GETS VERY UPSET IF SHE HAS 2 MANY APPTS. 1 your a 24 hr service and 2 you claim to be an emergency hospital, 2 hours later I had an appointment for Monday.  I'm not a vet and didn't know an enlarged spleen could rupture and kill my dog instantly, which it did shortly after midnight while Charlie was sleeping in between my husband and I he passed away. We are devastated he was fine on Thursday then on Saturday he is dead and I blame it on the incompetence of Blue Pearl and their staff of idiots. I took Charlie in for no other reason than I had no where else to take him since he was dead, we were treated with such disrespect from the front desk person, she asked if we had said our final goodbyes and I thought we would be taken back to meet the person who was going to cremate Charlie, nope she took him from us and we never saw Charlie again for all we he could be in the dumpster out back. We had an imprint of Charlies paw print made the girl took our 71.00 dollars and we were sent on our merry way never to see our best friend of 14 years again I feel if Charlie had been seen as an emergency case on Friday like my vet wanted him seen he would still be with us today, but these evil unfeeling POS vets are so money hungry that the life of an innocent dog and my best friend did not matter to them. I have done some checking and yes there are many cases just like mine out there and we coming for you BLUE PEARL! I have to give a rating but trust me you don't deserve the one star I am giving. OH and the topper was there was a kitten walking around on the front desk that had worms and was pooping everywhere. Very Sad Charlie parents Vincent and Candy Derdak. Katy TX

My lap jumped through a closed window going after a squirrel and sliced her back foot open on the broken glass... I knew it wasn't going to be cheap since she was going to need stitches and she was in alot of pain. They gave her antibiotics to help it heal so I wouldn't have to worry about infection and some painkillers to comfort her. They were optional which was nice to know in case I couldn't afford it. But I decided to get them so I wouldn't have to risk multiple trips. She is feeling much better and all of the staff was friendly, helpful and understanding. Will definitely be using the pet hospital for all my animal emergencies!
