I can't remember a time when a business (Tim to be exact) has been so rude and unhelpful regarding our trailer. Talk about driving business away. His parting words to me "Geez" when he was unable to give me a timeframe for even taking a look at it. What a disaster of a place. I don't even want to give 1star but unfortunately I have to. More like minus 10.

I was shocked at how rude and inefficient these guys were. Not only did they keep my rv for over a week before attempting service, there were also completely inept at fixing anything. Eventually, after they told me that they couldn't fix any of the problems, I took my RV to the repair shop in Santa Cruz, where they fixed it in two hours. I would't go back here if you paid me.

We have had all our service done here.    Tim is great at explaining and doing the work on our Motorhome.
We have been very happy with the service we have had done here, and recommend to our friends.
