The only place to take your Mercedes!!!!

I have been to many, many, Mercedes shops, and most of the time I was not happy. Got really ripped off by WATER STAR MOTORS in Santa Cruz, where my entire engine disappeared, and all the parts that I had provided. But with Rick I am really happy, I can only say the best, he was the first Mechanic who got my classic car running really nicely. He is very friendly and always puts some extra work into my car.
AWESOME, I wish more people would have his business ethics and competence.

I take my 2002 CLK430 here and my experience has always been outstanding. Rick is careful to explain to you how and why he is fixing your car the way he does. Willie (one of his long-term mechanics) has helped me several times when I have been time pressured. I only buy used Mercedes now so I don't have to fight and argue with the dealer over service issues. I highly recommend these folks.

I have been using this shop since it opened.  I always felt I was getting the best work for the least amount of money.  Rick has worked on my vintage MBZ  220 SEb and my ML 500and I always received the best service, unlike the the MBZ dealer. He does not wash the car but with the money I save I can have it wahed and waxed many many times. 10 STARS
