Upon arrival the room was very nice and seemed well kept. Until we got settled in. There was hair in almost all of the beds before we even slept in them. One of the bathrooms had a drain in the tub that did not drain. The couch was stained very visibly. (no idea why they would choose a white couch for a rental) One of the toilets just ran and ran the whole time. The dishwasher didnt was so good and most of the dining ware had to be rewashed when we got there. They claim a hot tub that is actually only a heated pool and while we were there did not get very hot. The bunk beds were not kid friendly at all as the mattress was higher than the side rails that were about to fall off. Any kid that moves in there sleep would certainly plunge 5 feet to the floor. On a positive note, the location is close to downtown and skiing. For the amount we paid it was not acceptable. We paid $2200 for 4 nights. The place should have been spotless. Maybe the other rooms are cleaner, but this one was not. I would not stay here again.

Location is great, accommodations spacious. If there is snow on the ground, you can ski across the golf course to the lifts. Bus stop right outside the complex offers free and frequent access to town and points beyond

The location is great, and extremely close to the Park City ski resort. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a very nice condo to stay in for a vacation.

Condo was a bit dated - everything 1990s inside, but other than that, it was perfect. We had 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms all on the same level, close to the slopes so we could walk home after skiing, easy bus access, and indoor parking. Loved the pool. It is a giant hot tub, always hot and has a dial to turn on the jets!

Great condos right near the slopes. Super spacious for 8 of us, every bedroom had their own bathroom and so much room in the kitchen. Spa pool was really nice and the location was amazing.
