Good Things: The property itself is nice. There is stone flooring in the kitchen as well as tiling in one of the bathrooms and marble countertops. The balcony our room had was nice and there was a large window by the bed. I really enjoy having a full kitchen and stocked plates and utencils and essential cookware. As well as a dishwasher and a regular washer and dryer. The carpet is visibly worn and frayed at the edges in places but besides that it's altogether pleasing to the eye and well kept. The property is walking distance to a grocery store and like 5 minutes drive from Park City skiing. It's also a very short drive to Main Street for some nightlife. Bad things: In the lobby they advertise a hot tub which no longer exists. I wouldn't mind if they didn't have a hot tub but being told they have one then finding out they don't is a pretty unnecessary disappointment, and I was apparently not the first to let them know, yet the sign remains unmodified. The building hallways, lobby, and elevator have a significant smell. It's not necessarily offensive but no one would call it a clean smell or desire it in their homes. Of significant note, though the unit is advertised as air conditioned, the unit is only capable of circulating the interior air of the whole building, so for us in February it was a constant 66 degrees Fahrenheit. This isn't fatal, since they do provide firewood for the fireplace, but no kindling, so you essentially have to find your own or hold the kitchen lighter to the corner of a log for a few minutes and then let it burn across and hopefully catch the other logs as you position them. When it's the only means of warming up at the end of the day, it's a little arduous and slow. Lastly, the shower drain in the bedroom adjoining bathroom was backed up. I think the thing that makes this an average stay and not a great one is that it feels like these issues could be resolved or made amenable with a little more effort from management or staff, like even just by better prepping the units between clients.

So far, not so good! Location is good. Was told that there was a hot tub. Found out that they haven't had one for over 3 years!!!!! Update your Google profile, trip advisor and Travelocity! Not a good way to start our stay

Cute one bedroom, two bath suite. Furnished, in-room laundry machine, fire place with firewood on the small balcony, free wifi and stocked with basic amenities. It's right across the street from park city snow resort and close to local grocery stores. The only negative is the bathrooms smells so bad!!! Maybe because we had a suite the first floor?? It was pretty bad, a previous guest wrote this as well on a tip on trip advisor but we didn't think it would be to this extent. We called the front desk and they brought us glade plug-ins which helped...keeping the doors closed helped a little too. OH they're ran by Wyndam Vacation Rentals so you check-in down the street. It's not exactly a hotel so you won't have house cleaning everyday unless you order it. :)

Ate at the Deli Pickle. A nice chill place with good sandwiches. Decent beer menu.

Had lunch at The Pickle Jar inside of Copperbottom. The guys working there were great, and the food was alright.
