I went to to Massachusetts Eye and Ear Hospital to find an answer to my ear problems that I have been suffering for a year. Everybody was nice, I got to see Dr Goldstein and after some tests he couldn't find the root of my problem. However he offered himself to review my case and studied my past tests. He supposed to send me a letter or give me a call once he found something or nothing. I waited for 2 months, in that time I left him messages with his assistant and even send emails thru the web patient portal of the hospital. Without any answers I decided to go to the Hospital in person to have an answer and all I got from his assistant was that the doctor forgot me. Why the will ask me to contact them for questions and concerns if they don't pick up the phone or return the call????????
