Yes, it was a week out from Christmas, but the site stated 2 day delivery for an extra $17.95. The order was confirmed quick enough, but then nothing. I called five days later and the order had not been shipped. If it comes tomorrow (slim chance, they say), then I'll upgrade my review. The choices are good, but if they can't deliver, PROBLEM.

It's been 12 days since I've placed my order and I still haven't got a confirmation that my ring shipped. I've called multiple times and it goes to voicemail. I've left a voicemail and have not heard anything back. Very dispointed I placed the order on January 21 and it's February 7. Getting my money back! I was going to propose to my girlfriend, but now I can't since the ring never shipped..

Purchased two items from here online. I was extremely happy when I received my purchases. One was a replacement item for a pair of earrings my dad had bought me years ago.Got them at half the cost as when i bought it at Avis. Exact same item. The other item was also bought as a replacement for a necklace my mother had previously owned also bought by my dad, both were stolen years ago. Also at half the cost as when purchased at WhiteHall....I am so happy to have these items in my possession again. Thank You! -----RECOMMENDED A++++

*Do Not Buy From Theese Crooks!!* I purchased a wedding set, AND THE DIAMOND IS FAKE!!! I even paid the extra shipping. And he still sent it late. LATE AND FAKE then to top it off when confronted on the phone he acted like someone took the real diamond out in shipping and put a fake one in. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am going to sue them I will keep you posted.

BAD BAD BAD. I ordered on Sept. 1st, it says it takes 1-4 days to process. They just mailed it Sept. 9th and it was mailed to me instead of the person who I was gifting it to. I left a message 4 & 1/2 hours ago to see if they could fix it, then called again and was told it was too late. The guy didn't really seem to care, I had to fish for an appology. I got a "sorry, it must have been overlooked". I will gladly pay the extra $20 that I "saved" shopping here to shop ANYWHERE else.
