Story

Richard V. Baumann and Richard J. Baumann purchased Neugebauer’s in 1982. Now, the Baumann’s are in their third generation of operation as Michael R. Baumann had joined his father in business.

Today the Baumann’s continue to carry on the tradition of quality and commitment to each and every customer.

My experience could not have been more amazing and this spectacular jewelry store. The staff on floor were pleasant, kind and showed interest in my wants. They were so helpful each time I came to the store, with different wants and ideas. The jeweler worked with me and had an immense amount of patience as I changed my mind with my ring multiple times. He was very thorough with each style by rendering my ideas and then creating a replicated mold to help visualize my ring styles. The jeweler was so creative and innovative to assist my ideas. He came up with my perfect ring and to say it was magical is an understatement. People have commented on my ring and it's sparkle and I'm totally grateful for my experience. I have the ring to prove it!!!

Did a small repair job and a personalized ring. Amazing ladies in the front, so nice and helpful. The work is the best in Rapid City.

From the moment I started talking to the people at neugebaure's, I felt that this was the right place to purchase a wedding ring. The staff was very friendly and seemed like they tried to make every step of the way perfect in how I wanted the ring done.

Oh my goodness! ! ! This company is the most amazing jewelry designer ever!! If you have old rings laying around your jewelry box give them the opportunity to design something for you!! You will be totally astonished at the beauty. My husband and I had 5 rings together and the result, OUT OF THE PARK!!! Thank you thank you thank you! !
