James Kessel and Virginia were a great team taking care of my claims.  No sooner did they settle my car accident I had another for them to deal with.  They kept me informed every step of the way, and the settlements were well over what I had expected.  If I should ever need a personal injury lawyer James will be the first I call (after my kids, of course)

I interviewed Derrick Walker and two other attorneys in the Richmond area after my head on car collision by a drunk driver in November 2016. I selected Derrick on his merits and not on the law firm's reputation and name that I had seen on television and heard on the radio. Derrick was very genuine, professional, and poised. He assured me (and my husband) that he would work diligently to get me the compensation I deserved as this was a life altering event. Both Derrick and his legal assistant regularly checked on me while I recovered from my injuries and handled all facets of my case with integrity, transparency, and with care. Derrick has been a blessing to me (and my family). My case was resolved a year later and I feel like a winner. I learned a lot in the process and feel confident that I received the maximum compensation by law in my case. Additionally, I am forever grateful for Derrick and Allen and Allen law firm for making me feel a part of the Allen family. I am an Allen for life. Hopefully, I will never need Derrick's legal services again, but if I do I know I can count on him providing the same if not better service and case outcome. I came to Derrick Walker after I suffered a significant injury.  He was excellent. He worked hard for me and got me everything I deserved. I was extremely pleased with his representation.  He is knowledgeable, thorough and kind.I would highly recommend him. He is excellent to work with.
