Cody was absolutely wonderful. I was on vacation in NC and drove back to MD on July 4th, only to get pulled over doing 84 in a 70mph zone. I started to look up the consequences online and became very worried. I knew I had made a mistake, but in MD 84mph does not constitute reckless driving... 

Cody managed to get my ticket waived down. I received no points on my license, just a fee from the state and the court. I am extremely satisfied. The staff was friendly, and quick to respond. Simple and easy instructions regarding what documents they needed from me to properly represent me. 

P.S. Hire a lawyer, don't show up to court. That is the advice I have gotten from numerous people. Sounds weird, but it works. Use this company!

Wonderful experience dealing with Cody Remington at Riley and Wells.  The whole process was simple and entirely hassle free--not to mention that the office staff is so very friendly and professional.  Mr. Remington settled my case in court with the absolute best outcome.  I would highly recommend.

Great service.  Cody Remington did a fantastic job.  Got reckless driving, 85 in a 70, to no points moving infraction.  I live in Florida, there was no way for me to get back to VA to deal with this.  Cody handled everything.  Highly recommend them.

Being a young Adult still in college, we can make some mistakes. I made the mistake and got caught. Speeding 85 on a 55 mph highway.. and a couple other things. I am originally from CT and know absolutely no one in Virginia let alone someone I could trust with my future and case. well I am glad I did a little research and found them. was assigned Cody Remington, he's very knowledgeable and has tons of connections. with my compliance and with their knowledge and connections I had my whole case dismissed, I now can continue with my future with no criminal record or speeding violation, for that i am forever grateful thank you so much for all the work.
