I found Mr. Lutkenhaus after I terminated representation I had with an Non-Attorney Advocate. Since I am a Veteran with PTSD at 100% my case  was already expedited when I first met with Mr. Lutkenhaus on August 1, 2017 I had a hearing date already for October 5, 2017. I would highly recommend Mr. Lutkenhaus as a Social Security Lawyer, he is a straight talker, very knowledgeable and knows the laws and policies of Social Security. He and Anne, his paralegal review my files told me what was missing from my record and told me what I needed from my treating doctors. The Advocate only told me I needed more by never told me specifically what I needed. I went to my doctors, got the information Mr. Lutkenhaus told me I needed, and he took my case, we review my newly presented records and statements from my doctors and he accepted my case. We got to the AJ Hearing and Mr. Lutkenhaus had his strategy together with two options and case law which he presented to the Judge. Eight days later the judge issued a Fully Favorable Decision and I was paid 18 days later.  Any Veteran with a VA award of 100% should see this team, in my opinion they are winners!

I would have to say that this is the best law firm that I came in contact with in the midst of my situation. The level of customer service that I received was great and their willingness to help me get through this was even better. I felt as though they were always on top of things during my case and stayed in contact with me regarding anything that may have been going on. I appreciate them for helping me to get the results that I needed.

My only comment was a job well done. Rose is a very lovely and knowledgeable lady. They helped me with both my workers' compensation and social security disability.

From the moment we met for the initial consult they were very informative. They handled all my paperwork promptly and provided updates. In addition, anytime I had a question, called or emailed I got a response fairly quickly.  I am very satisfied with Mr. Lutkenhaus representation as well as with Anne's attention to detail.
