I am a devoted Allen Edmonds customer (6+ pairs of various styles). Shoes are of a very high quality and excellent craftsmanship. I once had a pair that after a few months I felt was of substandard quality and AE replaced it without issue. This store at the Bergen Mall is a great local resource. They have an excellent selection of AE's top shoes and boots, including the classics such as the Park Avenue and the Fifth Avenue. The quality of the customer service I receive within the shop is always top notch. If you are in the market for a top quality dress shoe or upscale casual shoe, I highly recommend AE and this shop.

Kristen is awesome!!! I know that every time I am looking for a great look I know she would definitely be able to help me look good. I feel blessed to have had her assist me. Kristen is an asset to this company!!

Service was fantastic. Kristen was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.  This is an outlet store so most of the shoes are factory seconds, but they will order firsts and ship them for free.

Horrible. Walked in and wasn't even greeted. Fully intended on buying a pair of shoes but the terribly rude customer service left me no choice but to just walk out.
