Excellent shoe choices. That's about it. The customer service lacks professionalism. Seems like they don't feel like being there. A charger last rang me up and talk about unprofessional and rude. It's the holidays and figured they would ask if I wanted a gift receipt. Nope, she said I should've asked in the beginning of the transaction. Then when she finally got me the gift receipt, she puts it in the bag and doesn't say anything, just says next. Also double checked from another finish line store about having the model and size I wanted which they reassured me this sure had. That was wrong. Drive out to Palisades Mall instead, they go above and beyond and their customer service is excellent. Either that or just shop online. Definitely won't suggest this place to anyone.

The assortment is kind of good but the customer service is terrible. We have found the model we wanted but not the size we need. So we tried to find someone to help with sizes. But it was looking like there is only one guy was there for the whole store, we waited for 10-15 minutes and left. If you do not have enough staff to help poeple, just put all sizes in the store so poeple could be able to help themselves.

Terrible customer service , I asked For a shoe and they never came back , and all the workers helping the customers went to the back and didn't come back for a very long time except for two people who were helping the customers and some of the workers were rude.

Latest store policy for new release is not a good idea. Can cause a situation .case in point. You're name is on winner list. A shoe box with name should be assigned with shoe size. Than your staff will no how many are for sale for those customer that are on line for first come customers. The previous Manger of the store had a better policy and orderly system to move customer in and out of store. Let's see what will happen today. My son and I left the mall because of what we were beginning to notice. Change your policy to the old one. First come, first sold.

Watch out,,, they have a scam going where they give your credit card number to Sports Illustrated. I received mag for three months, no idea why, then $50 charge on credit card. Researched & found out this standard operating procedure for this store!
