Came on a Monday at 3pm, sitting in the I5 traffic sucked but I love coming here! The place was dead inside, but they informed me that we wouldn’t be able to get a lane until after 5 because they are holding the lanes for high schoolers. Even if we were to wait the two hours then we would only be able to bowl till 6 pm. I was a little disappointed because there was no indication on their website saying that they don’t plan on having lanes available to the public. 
They young men laughed at me as if I was supposed to know that they were going to be busy. He then proceeded to tell me that I should have called ahead and made a lane reservation. I have never heard of making a lane reservation for only two people... All in all good bowling HORRIBLE customer service.

Great staff, decent food a full bar and plenty of lanes for bowling. A small game room area for the young ones, and party rooms for birthdays or meetings. Everything a bowling alley should be

This place is always great family fun.  Food is good and there is a bar for those who want a drink while playing.  Always welcoming and accommodating for everyone. Reasonably priced family fun.

We went to the arcade. That was fine and fun. However, when we wanted to cash out our tickets for prizes, it was impossible to get a clerk to provide that service. There was  no one stationed there and my husband tried waiting at customer service for nearly 20 minutes, but no one was available. Hopefully an anomaly and not the regular service.

Love bowling here. Fast friendly service! Great for league bowling or just for fun. Cosmic bowling is fun for the whole family or a group of friends. I always bowl here over other places.
