Great spot for a quick bite to eat before the movies. Awesome location right inside the mall. We went to grab some quick appetizers before heading to the movies. Service was surprisingly quick and the food was great. We had the garlic aioli fries and the pork tacos. Both were delicious. Fun and tasty spot.

Service was not only awful but even had the nerve to threaten a customer! While I was waiting for the rest of my group to arrive (about twelve adults, 20's and 30's) the crazy lady at the bar demanded to see my ID FOUR separate times. Each time I pulled it out and set it on the counter for her, but she apparently forgot she'd already seen it and kept cutting into our conversation to card me over and over. Finally on the fourth time I was totally annoyed and crazy lady turned into crazy female dog, threatening to kick me out just because I made an unhappy face at her! Too bad for her, I was the one who talked the other 11 into coming and giving this place a shot! While we did choose to stay and finish the couple rounds of bowling we'd already bought, we were all too disgusted by the poor treatment to stay late into the night and have dinner and drinks there like we planned. Punch bowl lost out on a good $300 minimum that night alone and we definitely won't be back. Good job losing twelve customers. Funniest part? I'm alcohol intolerant. I couldn't drink even if I wanted to.

1/14/18 Unprofessional Staff!! Mediocre service. Good food. While celebrating a birthday party, one of our group went to grab a drink at the bar. The bar tender had a drink in his hand and asked "If you give me your friends number I'll give you a free drink." Not only was this unprofessional, it was insulting. Later, one of our group went to ask for water for one of the children in the group. She was holding a children's sippy cup. The bar tender joked about filling it with Vodka. Again, beyond unprofessional!! Service was slow to say the least. With a half-empty restaurant, drinks remain unfilled for 20-30 minutes before being asked for a refill. I normally don't complain seeing as service staff has a lot to do, but really? 3 hours at a table and my drink was refilled twice? Food was good. Had the burger and fries and two street tacos. Full and happy with the food... when it got there. The lack of professionalism and clear lack of respect shown by staff at Punch Bowl Social will keep me from being a customer again.

Great vibe and great service, but subpar food. Enjoyed the sides and share plates, but the Pork chops I ordered was really nothing special, dry and without flavor. Ended up getting sick some four hours later from the food here.

Food was Fabulous!! Great staff and fun place to eat and play we will be back.
