Had a good time at a work party here. Food was good, facility was clean and the staff were always nearby. I noticed a few times the bowling aisle would glitch and require you to bowl with no pins up. Not sure if this is something that normally happens at bowling alleys. It was a little complicated to switch out players on the computer between games. That didn't bother me as much as the music. The same songs seemed to play over every 30 minutes. That's probably the only reason I would choose somewhere else to go bowling.

This was my first time at Big Al's. My employer was hosting the annual holiday party there. The buffet food was brought to the private room 30 minutes late. The room was understaffed for our group size, in my honest opinion. The food, once delivered, was good but nothing noteworthy. The bowling was fun but we were cut off almost 20 minutes prior to our end time. I guess they had to make sure to get our group out of the way before the next group arrived.  I'm giving 4 stars to the hard working staff, keeping such a crazy place up and running as well as they did.

We had a rough night there a few weeks ago and my partner emailed them the experience. They really handled it well and did everything they could to fix the issues. It sucks when negative things happen while you are out but when a company goes out of the way to make up for it I throughly appreciate it.

This place is really a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. So much fun on anytime of day. Pretty clean and very modern. The food is so so good.. the pizzas are a must get with the burgers. Perfect place to hang out. No parking sometimes. But it'll make up for it inside.

I enjoyed the arcade upstairs while waiting to be called for bowling. The wait can be pretty long, usually 30 to an hour and a half. It's $2 on Tuesdays.
