The owner of this place is a nice enough guy but he has an arsenal of weapons in his house and has this bizarre paranoia about gypsies/roma travelling around Florida and stealing people's trailers and belongings.  I kind of feel bad giving this low of a rating but the low price just is not worth dealing with the weirdness.  There are other places that are just much easier to deal with.
