Very organized and clean.  Pablo was an amazing help ...making a major cross country move easier.  Tenants are all friendly and helpful too.

Pablo, thhe manager was great to work with and is very helpful. I would recommend Metro Self Storage to everyone.

The shop and grounds were clean and organized. I haven't done the storage thing in a while but Pablo was very helpful and did a great job!

Rates are affordable but the customer service is non-existent, Went there several times during the week to address a need, only to find a sign posted on office door. Called repeatedly and got no answer, then returned to find another sign with a different time they would "return". Fourth trip there on Saturday morning only got me even more dissatisfied with the rude woman that was no help whatever and had nothing but excuses to why office is constantly closed with a sign !?!!?
