Owner is a sleezeball that try’s to use every single sentence in a 4 page contract against you when you attempt to close your unit. We signed a new contract in December and attempted to close unit in February but on the third page of the contract you had to give 60 days notice which we didn’t see at first. So we did so and he then proceeded to use that time to make my unit unusable by doing insulation and a/c work without notifying me that he was doing so inside my unit. Then when I attempted to move the last items he removed property from my unit and I had to threaten to contact police and pay remaining balance in full to finally walk away from this place.

Change in ownership has made almost all employees leave and they are uncompromising after renting from this place for 3 years. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!!

This facility is off the normal path but it's clean, they offer real small units if you need one, they offer boat, trailer and RV exterior and covered storage and seems to be pretty full every time I've been their, Father and Son Moving makes pick ups and deliveries to this self storage complex.

An excellent place for storage and the staff are very personable. Hours may not be to your liking but there's always someone there so it's secure
