After meeting with several agents, I decided to work with Mike Sposato to buy my first home in 2006.  He was/is very knowledgeable about the Charlotte market and was very upfront about the way he works.  Mike was always on call, willing to meet with me after standard business hours and on weekends in order to make sure that I was able to have the time I needed to look at each home without having to rush through because of work constraints.  He also made sure that I was confident in my decision before I signed anything... There were several homes that I felt I "wanted" to put an offer on.  Mike would talk me through the pros and cons of each house to make sure that I wasn't making a rushed decision – just because I didn't want another potential home buyer to snatch it up...  In the end, I am still in the home that Mike helped me purchase 6 years ago... I am one of the lucky few who bought low at time when prices were high (thanks to Mike) and am happy to say that my home is worth 20% more than I paid for it 6 years ago. I give Mike all of the credit for leading me to the home I bought.

Mike Sposato was my realtor when I started my search for a house . He patiently walked me through fifty  or more homes before he found the right fit for me. He helped me through the entire process and was always available when I needed him. It was an intense time in my life and he made the transition smooth and easy. I have been in my home now for many years and love it. When I need or want to sell and buy he would be my only choice . I highly recommend his services.

Mike and I have worked together on 3 houses over the past 9 years and have had great experiences each time. The last purchase was from our townhouse to a single family. We wanted to stay in the Dilworth neighborhood and were concerned that we would not be able to based on our price range. Since we were in no immediate rush to purchase we were able to wait for the right opportunity. This did take some time but Mike was instrumental in finding a great value in our area. We were unsuccessful on a few that we put offers in and that was to be expected. We never felt pressured to put in an offer that we could not afford. We kept on looking and finally found the house of our dreams. I don't mind telling anyone that we were able to get this house for almost 100k off the original listing price and MUCH higher than the appraised value.  All due to negotiations between Mike and the other real estate agent. This was no fire sale or foreclosure, just good old fashion negotiations. We still can't believe that we are in the house we are in. I would and have recommended Mike to my clients, family and friends. They all have had positive things to say after dealing with him as well. As a matter of fact one of my good friends just closed on her condo downtown with Mike after I referred her to him. She had her place listed for nearly a year with another agent.  Mike was hired and able to get the deal done with in a month and my friend was very happy with the price and excited to be able to move into her new single family now. AAA+++
