filled out paperwork prior to the visit stating that testing could cost between 50 and 400 dollars. When  I arrived and tried to pay my copay they said they would take payment at the end of the appointment when they knew what tests were to be preformed.  I was not notified prior to the test how much the bill would be, but because of the paperwork I didn't think it would be a problem right?   I didnt even think about it til i went to pay and she gave me the total. When done my bill was over $600.00  for a family of 6 this 200 dollar difference  is a HUGE difference, and Not what I was expecting  because of the paperwork. Clearly stating the 50 to 400 dollar range. I'm brought it up in an email and i received my receipts as their way of saying well your insurance paid for part of it but it hasn't gone threw all the way so you might end up paying more. This is ridiculous! I will never go there again!

If you want a specialist rather than just a general doctor who also claims to treat allergies you should go to this doctor office.  They specialize in allergies and asthma and nothing else so they are the best experts in the valley on allergies.  I highly recommend them.
