Story

Dr. William E. Berger opened the practice in 1980 with the goal of providing exceptional allergy and asthma care; today he is partnered by Dr. Warner W. Carr, Dr. Mark S. Sugar and our certified nurse practitioner, each of whom shares this practice philosophy. We've helped thousands of children and adults find welcome relief from allergies, asthma, sinus problems, chronic cough and other related conditions. It's one reason why half of our new patients are referred to us by our existing ones.

Next, our doctors have established themselves as leaders in the field of allergy and asthma. Through our Southern California Research Center, they have been involved in leading-edge research, clinical trials and testing for some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world that will improve patient care for years to come. In addition, they've written practice parameters for allergy, asthma and immunology specialists in the US, lectured throughout the country and held prominent positions in professional medical organizations and at university medical schools.
