I have been this location three times and never waited longer than 20 minutes. The team that works here is exceptionally professional and very friendly. Last time I dealt with Melissa and she could have not been any nicer. This is the best urgent care I have been to and my father is in the Medical Profession and knows a good medical staff when I=he sees one and works with them. He likes this team at this location!

I went there this Friday because I had a very bad cold. My primary doctor was not there so I had to see Dr Brian P. Ha user. He was very careless, no patience and not informed. He did not realize that my sinuses are infected and told me it is flu and no need for antibiotics. I felt worse at night and the next morning I visited another Dr and he told me that my sinuses are infected and gave me antibiotic. After taking one pill I felt much much better.

Patient since 1990. The office staff has changed greatly over the years...and not for the better, unfortunately. I just called, and got serious "attitude" from a staffer. When I asked, "and what is your name?"...she hung up! haha Certainly a different work ethic with the younger employees! Anyway, the doctors are wonderful. You just have to get past the front desk first! haha

Dr. Joy is the best doctor that I've ever had and his staff is great as well, they all go that extra mile and remember what's been going on with you and your personal affairs. Which shows me that they care about their patients. They really do a great job and go out of their way to make sure that they do their job to the best of their ability and more to ensure that your experience is not just a doctor's visit but more than that. I give the Oso Family Team two thumbs up for their customer satisfaction and care as well as their knowledgeable treatments and medical expertise in the field of Medicine. I've had nothing but good experiences with the staff and the doctors. The after hours urgent care staff is also very good at what they do. So I highly recommend this office as a great choice for your medical treatment and primary care physician. I am Eric Brown and this is how I would like to say thanks for all the help and care this team has done for me over the years.
