Disclaimer: I was not ever seen by the doctor at this location. I can only testify on the waiting room atmosphere, which was horrible. I'm also not a fan of an answering service. I understand why they're used, but it would be so much easier to schedule an appointment and ask questions with a receptionist. I had an appointment at 3, I showed up at 2:50 and the small, stuffy, waiting room was packed, there were only 2 seats available. There was nobody at the reception desk. Occasionally somebody would shout a name from the back of the office. I figured I would wait 15 minutes to see if the situation improved. After 30 minutes of still not being acknowledged or given the option to even check in, I decided it was a complete waste of time and left at 3:35, 45 minutes of sitting in the waiting room. So bottom line- very poor office/wait room management and a waste of my time. I cannot attest to the doctor or the staff themselves. They may be great, but my unprofessional experience didn't give me much faith any future appointments would be any better.
