These guys were great to work with. Fair price, honest, and friendly. They took a bit longer than they said, but that is not a big deal because they really take care of you.

Have been taking my vehicles to Robert Allgood & his team for 2 years now. They are friendly, professional & all round good group of people. Trust their work & business ethics & reasonable priceing. Nice to be able to take my Toyota Tundra to folks with Tundra experiance without having to go to dealership for service. Keep on trucking guys 🚙

I'm so glad I found this place. The mechanic I had used for years is no longer in business so I've been trying to find a new shop. These guys are great. They repaired my truck in one day for a VERY reasonable rate and didn't try to sell things to me that I didn't need. I'm sure they could have suggested a lot of repairs for my old truck but they repaired what was needed and it's driving perfectly now. The owner also showed the part to me that was broken and I appreciated that because most places don't take the time to teach you. He also explained the cost of repair and damages if I had ignored the noise my car was making. I'm glad I took it in when I did! They gave me a ride home when I dropped it off too. My son was so impressed with them that he dropped his truck off an hour later to have the brakes done. You will not be disappointed!

I honestly did not want to provide a negative review but the only reason I did not want to write a negative review is because the owner himself dropped me off at my house and picked me from my house when my car was ready where other mechanics do not even offer rides; that is the only reason. So I do appreciate the ride but seriously, guys? 
 So here goes: I was referred to Allgood Auto by an O'Reilly worker (I will never trust a referral from them again) because I needed to have my thermostat changed. The worker assured me Allgood Auto does a “good” job and told me not to buy the thermostat because they get their parts from that particular O’Reilly’s hence the reason he had the business card. I then have my car towed to the place thinking I was in good hands (This is not Allstate nor was I in good hands). They charged me $150 to change my thermostat. MY THERMOSTAT! A thermostat for my car is $15. Literally 3-4 screws 20 minutes at the most (and you’re done) unless you’re working with a bunch of amateurs…or those looking to get over on people. (That is ridiculous) Then, they said I would need a new radiator after inspecting my car (LIES). That was not true, they lied to me. My radiator is fine. Allgood Auto more like: No-good Auto.
 Listen here Allgood Auto: “This type of price gouging does not make for better business”. 
Needless to say, all of this happened on Valentine’s Day and I definitely did not plan on getting screwed like this.

Took my car here and they fixed it quickly and reasonable. I would use them again. I am always nervous when I have to get the car fixed these guys were friendly.
