Chuck and John were awesome!  I had new tires put on my 1998 SUV today and Chuck took great care of me for pricing and quality tires.  He also honored my time to get back to work.  John took the extra time to explain the importance of parts that needed replacing right away for the safety of me, my family and others.

I did 2 full synthetic oil change and once wheel alignment here within a year. Good thing about this shop is check a lot of things for you for free. And there is a very friendly lady at the customer service. Very nice. Bad thing about this store is a very rude old man at the front desk. I checked my brake today, but he refused to explain the reason why mechanics wrote the report "brake installed wrong", because this old man said "you did not install your brake here". This rude attitude was not the first time happenes. Maybe he noticed l do not speak English as native, so he did not care my feeling. Besides, l made an appointment at 10am on several days ago, arrived at 9:50am, but told by the old man it is overbooked, and need to wait several hours, or schedule another time. Similar situation as others.

These guys are awesome they always do an amazing job saving me the most amount of money possible, I am always in and out in less time then they say even when there are a lot of people. They are very personable, great customer service.I will continue to go here for anything repairs they are able to do.

I've been going to this SEARS Auto location for about a year now, specifically for oil changes. I have been very happy with service. In fact, this is my preferred location since you can schedule on a Saturday. If it helps, there's always a Groupon and it brings the price down which is nice.

There are lots of comments here saying that it will take a long time. Yes, at times it does. It really depends how many people/cars are ahead of you. This is what I do to curb that: Call in and schedule it on a Saturday or a time you can come in after work/school, I would keep in mind to block out 2 hours (just in case). While I'm there, I ask them to 'text' me when they are finished. They can have it set up in their system, ask them if you need one. If you would prefer a call, they can do that too. A word of caution, reception in the mall can get spotty. While waiting, I shop around the mall and/or go to eat lunch. By the time it's done, I wrap up my shopping and leave. You also get a nice snapshot of your vehicle. No frustrations! Just plan ahead.

Went to have my flat repaired, very nice and friendly but took over two hours for a flat repair. They were not to busy but I think there was only one tech working. I would return but service time needs to improve.
