I came in for 4 tires last week. Me not knowing anything about cars it always scares me to go into a mechanic shop. Sam made me feel so comfortable and he was very knowledgeable about what I needed. The young man there knocked out my tires in record time. With service and speed like that I will definitely be back for any time services are needed to my vehicle. Thank you Sam and Steven!

I went in because I had water in my passenger side floor board thinkin it may be the a/c drain. They said it was the heater core and would cost $760.00 to fix. Took to another mechanic who with almost no effort found a small leak beneath the windshield and fixed for $20.00. I went back and asked if it could possibly be anything else and was repeatedly assured that it could not be anything else. When I told them what it was I was immediately told to leave and they actually called the police on me!!! These people are thieves and while the convenience of the place may be appealing it is a much better idea to seek help elsewhere. At least get a second opinion before letting these con-artists rob you for what may be an easy fix.

I am reading all the reviews here and I wonder if we really attend the same Pep Boys Service?!  How can you write a 1 start review just because you had to wait longer then you though?!  They are not a slaves! You are all stupid.  Pep Boys work like crazy and they deserve respect for their job.  I had a problem with Chrysler dealer so my lawyer found Pep Boys in Denton for me.  Since that time I always go to fix my car and change an oil in that place. I'm a student and they always offer me a nice discounts because they understand my situation. 
Those are very nice guys,  working very hard and trying to make everyone happy.  They always help me and give good advices.  My car is running perfect and it's because they are good car mechanics. They just changed the timing belt and water pump in my car and they made a great job way cheaper then other car service places in Denton or Lewisville!  
 I would like to say THANK YOU to Mr. Sam, Mr. Wesley,  Mr. Michael,  Mr. Mark and Ryan!  You are my heroes!

Austin the commercial sales manager is always helpfull and upbeat. The staff is friendly and will help out in any way they can. My only place for all my auto parts needs.

This location is remodelling and it was not easy to find the things I was looking for. However, the customer service that I got from Sam was amazing. Ill use this parts house from now on with service like that. He knew what they had in stock without the PC and took me right to it. Ill be back soon.
