On the day of my mother's viewing, another florist suggested that I cancel my order because they couldn't understand my request at 4:45 pm. At 4:50 pm Allen's Florists and Gifts took my order and delivered exactly what I wanted the next morning before the funeral. They are professional and accommodating. I will be a return customer.

I always order with Allies Florist every holiday when sending flowers to my family back home. The customer service is great and the staff always remembers me! My loved ones always love how beautiful the arrangements are and appreciate the fact that the staff calls before attempting delivery so that they would be home to receive their flowers. In regards to the negative reviews, I don't know know why someone would wait until Valentine's Day morning to order an arrangement and expect it to be delivered that same day; and when ordering online(and this is with all florists) the system automatically fills in a second choice of "a similar arrangement" if your first choice is not available. Thus It is your responsibility to review your entire order before submitting it. The customer service is so great though, that if you had any issues with your order just call them and they would resolve any and all issues quickly.

Well, the fact that I ordered 2 dozen purple and pick tulips, in a silver vase (which I paid extra for) a $99 arrangement of flowers for a VERY SPECIAL PERSON, and a delivery was made of 12 Orange/Yellow tulips in a clear vase. 😠😬😡 This was a very important gift for someone special, and you were trusted to fulfill the arrangement and deliver on time, YOU OFFERED ON YOUR SITE. The delivery was on time which was a good thing, But the flowers were the total opposite of what I ordered. No very satisfied, I paid $99.. For an arrangement that cost $20. If there was a problem fulfilling the order call, we could have found something different, or a different place to buy them. But don't ASSUME, ITS OK TO SEND THE COMPLETE WRONG THING. Because its not, I was ripped off. Just be lucky she liked them anyways.

I placed my order on-line for a delivery in Florence, SC. It was a Teleflorist special & I asked for them to send me a picture of the arrangement so that I knew it matched what I paid for. I do this all the time & have never had an issue. I heard nothing - received nothing so I called to confirm the flowers were sent. They were sent but the msg requesting the picture did not get to the person making the flowers. Grrr. So I have no idea if the $65 arrangement matches what I requested. No apology from Allie's. I will use other florists in the future.
