They were very helpful Matt and Mary and the whole staff are very knowledgeable and know what's going on and if I were to recommend a person to get a great price and talk to people that actually treat you like people it would be allietta ford and they also back what they say unlike some of these other dealerships and you know what there not out just for the money they are there to be family. And not only that they have this award winning sales and service team there awesome. (Allietta Ford) is the way to go. Fast/Courteous/Knowledgeable. Q

A big thank you to Matt Allietta from two gals who were driving down I-10 in California a couple of days ago. Matt pulled up along side of us as we were doing 80 mph down the freeway and noticed that we had a loose oil pan splash guard under the front of our Ford Escape. He motioned us to pull off the side of the freeway and then got down in the dirt to look under the car to see what was going on, then had us follow him off the next exit where he proceeded to rig a solution until we got home to Arizona. What a great samaritan Matt is and we are very grateful that he took the time to help us avoid something falling off the car! What a refreshing moment to experience such kindness when all you hear and read about is negative stuff. He has inspired us to pay it forward and although we don't live in West Virginia, we would be sure would shop at Allietta Ford if we did. Thanks, Matt!

My 2014 Ford Escape was having problems since Spring. Problems with the heater. Problems with misfirings. I was told there was water in the gasoline. A part was replaced that was causing a leak of coolant. In all cases engine light kept coming on. After many trips to the dealer, I finally went for another opinion and was told that I had a cracked head all the time causing my problem. So now I have to have my engine replaced. Thank God it is still under the Power Train warranty. Spoke to the owner, Matt, today regarding my issues with my 2014 Ford Escape service experience. He expressed surprise and expressed that perhaps I should have brought recurring problems to his attention. He did have a point. Nevertheless he did tell me that as a result of my experience, he making changes to the process. He will issue changes that will escalate a service issue to senior techs when the same problem comes up for a third time. He felt that would prevent problems as I experienced from happening to others. I did purchase several vehicles from Allietta Ford over the years and was happy with that experience and will most likely give him another shot when I look for a new vehicle.

Allietta got my jeep right in for a check engine light.fixed the problem right away. Excellent service. Thanks, I will return
