Dominick was very helpful. I was dropping a bike off to be serviced and he explained my options to me and what was the best thing to do to get the bike in running order. I went to pick the bike up when they told me it would be ready, and it was not, but that happens so I don't hold it against them. I just feel I should have been called before I drove there. Other then that they are a great place great people, and more then reasonably priced. I will be coming here for a long time.

The store has everything a cyclist needs (from any level), and on top of that you can talk with the owner Victor Herrera a former professional Cyclist who can give you the best advice for what you are looking for. From bicycle parts to training. He also has training groups during the week, and a challenging Saturday training ride. I would recommend this store to anybody interested on Cycling (Road,, Track, Mountain or just for the pleasure of riding your bike)

Simply the Best bicycle shop in all South Florida. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Superb service of all bicycle related needs. None like Victor as far as bicycle knowlege, training and guidance. Will recommend without reservation!

Victor and all the crew at alligator cycling always give the best service and fair prices ... I just love this place , don't be fooled by stores with hundreds of bikes, nothing like the custom boutique of an ex-pro... Excellent service these guys provide.highly recommended.
