After reading through 3 or 4 competitor's websites, I decided that this was the company we'd like to use. (Longer hours than some others and availability of the comfier cruiser style bikes I wanted) 
We walked down to the area, then spent the evening biking the seawall. The neighborhood was PACKED for Vancouver pride festival and the fireworks competition... But they still had many bikes available and literally within minutes of walking in, we were riding off. :)
They were friendly, helpful and clear with advice & instructions. Rates were very competitive. Definitely a great value for money spent.
I highly recommend this company! :-)

I needed a decent road bike to do the Vancouver Triathlon and EBC provided me with a great bike and went to the trouble of setting it up with bottle cages, toe-clips, repair kit and pump. As well and being well located for Stanley Park and very reasonably priced, they have really friendly, professional staff.  Highly recommended!

Hired two adult bikes and a kids trailer for Stanley Park bike ride. Staff friendly and helpful, loads of bikes to choose from. Price includes helmet and bike locks. This looked to have good prices when looking online, however we paid about $80 for about 5 hours. Might be cheaper places around, but this is easy to get to and parking round the corner plus quick access into park.

Excellent service - both in rentals and in repairs (I have visited Joe and Isaac with plenty of bike issues!). We bought an ex-rental from them a year ago and it ran perfectly. Then when it was stolen yesterday, I called and the lady (sorry I missed your name) was super helpful in helping us get the details of it (model, looked for serial number, etc) and advice on what to do. Thanks so much. Highly recommended.
