My wife and I wanted to buy 2 new bikes but really didn't know where to go and what to look for. We were told that we might want to check out Trek Bicycles (in Sunrise, Florida) by a friend who simply saw the store when they were driving to IKEA. When we entered the store we were greeted by Jordan who couldn't have been more professional and friendly. He started with the basics and asked some very good initial probing questions about what type of cycling we planned on doing. He went over the various types of biking, from mountain, speed/performance, to street/packed pebble. He took his time to make sure that all of our questions were answered. We focused on the Trek Verve (1, 2, and 3). He explained, in great detail, all of the differences between the 3 models and for our needs we settled on the Verve 2. Jordan also spent a large amount of time to make sure we understood the importance and differences of the various safety helmets that Trek Bicycles had to offer. He even made sure that we got the right repair kit (pump, tool, and tubes) that mounted to our bike. Jordan really seemed to have a passion about helping us with our biking needs and making sure that we felt 100% confident in Trek Bicycles which we do. Thank you so much for his much appreciated help with our new Trek Verve 2 bicycles which we're already having fun with!

This store has all you could want from a high end bicycle shop.   The sales people are instructive not pushy, the mechanics are most concerned about your needs and caring for you equipment, and the owner-manger is friendly and concerned.   The prices are fair, the people are the best.  

Yet, most important their work on my bikes have been exceptionally good.   Once they found a misalignment on my off road bike and were very humble in suggesting I allow them to change the settings.  I was impressed how well the control over my gears were after their change.  Great shop.

Went in on a random day while in the area although im usually near Miami. I came across an employee named Saul. What an experience! He was so accommodating to all of my needs. Him and his staff went above and beyond recommending the best parts for my bike. If youre on the hunt for a new bike, ask for Saul, you wont regret it!

Far and away the best bike shop I know. Not all bike shops in South Florida are customer friendly, but Trek of Sunrise is extremely customer focused. Daniel, Michael, and the entire staff go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. When I was looking at purchasing a new bicycle because of an issue I was having with a previous bike, they were helpful, patient, and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable and willing to answer from the most complex to the most minute questions. I have spent literally hours shopping and asking questions and have never been made to feel unwelcome. When you purchase a bicycle, more than a brands, you are purchasing the experience. This has been the best experience I have had, from purchase, to maintenance, and everything else. 5+ stars.
