Walk-in to this clinic for some blood draw for TB. (my work place required all workers to do a skin test OR blood draw) I chose blood draw this time bc I always do skin test. Anyways, the people in the front desk didn't know much when I asked several questions and they just questioning each other back. I decided to sit and waited until the lady who is assisting me HELP other people and asked other employees for answers. About ten minutes later, I finally got an answer...since I'm not a patient there then it's not possible. I went to the Urgency next door to only know they don't do blood draw... I went back and decided to be a patient for Allina bc I need my BLOOD DRAW. I got to choose which PRIMARY DR I want so I was happy. The same lady assisted me with applying as a new patient. CONGRATS TO ME. . I look forward to coming back if anything.

Have been nothing but impressed with Dr. Hoffman and the staff here. They are the best I have seen - highly recommend! Thank you for the continued excellent service!

I was making payments on a bill and sent in my payment and with the weekend and holiday it's was 4 days late and was sent to collections? That's really petty. Will not be going back.

Very happy with our care at this clinic. We have seen two family practice docs and the ENT for both kids. We are always treated kindly and our primary care physician always takes the time to address our concerns. Having the UR next door and affiliated is an added bonus because our charts sync up.
