We went to the Vadnais Heights UR at 8:08AM and within the hour the Doctor had diagnosed Acute Appendicitis, had my daughter on the required antibiotics and on her way to emergency surgery. We are so grateful to the calm, kind nurse and wonderful, thorough Doctor that helped us save my daughter's life. I would drive right by the big hospital Emergency Rooms to see these folks-they have all the same equipment without the long wait times. They were so wonderful with my very frightened daughter.

The place and staff are nice enough - but probably not in network... or insurance just doesn't cover. One of my sons had strep, my other son and I were feeling sick too so we went in to get checked out. They didn't run the test but offered a prescription to be safe (which is fine and probably normal). All well and good until I got the bill for $656 for the 2 of us to be seen for all of 5 min. Not worth it.

Good way to get emergency room quality care much quicker and saved me so much money. Also good for more minor urgent care issues, can admit you directly to hospital also. I am an RN

I was disappointed with my recent visit to the Urgency Room. It seemed rather rushed, which I can understand. The real issue that I had was the advice given at the conclusion of the appointment. I came in for recurrent bloody noses, and the advice given was to just use vaseline in the nostrils. However, on the sheet that was given at the conclusion of the visit (with the PA's advice printed at the top), it was stated lower in bold: "Do not use petroleum jelly or mineral oil, as these may drip into the lungs and cause serious problems." I would hope that the staff would be able to at least take the time and consideration to read the sheet that was printed out for the patient and NOT give contradictory medical advice. It was a very expensive disappointment.

I was shuffled through the appointment without being listened to at all. With only two other patience in the care center, it was not a "we're busy" thing. The doctors and nurses, on both of my previous visits, listened to none of my symptoms, didn't take the time to take full vitals, and were very unprofessional. A better solution to coming to this urgent care would be to ask your neighbor for a consultation, then try a total stranger, then a homeless man. All would provide better medical care then this place. If you are sick, take care of yourself and go to a care Center that will provide a real service.
