This clown failed to diagnose my child with strep throat and cost my family additional money to go to another clinic hours later to get a diagnosis. Despite reviewing his chart and noting a recent case of strep, and that he didn't present typical symptoms, he did not order a steep test. We were sent away. When I returned to urgent care the next day and asked for the strep test, they were rude, dismissive and said I'd have to go though the whole urgent care process and expenditure all over again, instead of just asking the doctor to review his chart and order a strep test. Less than 48 hours and hundreds of dollars later, strep confirmed. Thanks for the substandard level of care and sending my toddler back to daycare with strep throat. And thank you, Allina, for not doing anything to mitigate the costs to my famy.
