This place is something you should absolutely avoid if you have any actual health problem or concerns. I found the doctor Huberty from my health provider and she seems to have good reviews online. I was in pain and called to see here however the one pickup for appt. seem unconcern vs when I called Park Nicollet they tried to get in ASAP per my pain. So I tried again 1 month later to see her as pain increase again. I found out I have a fibroid that she give me really 1 choice which is to remove my uterus. My bad rating is because she could have said that this is the option she have and other doctor may have other. Another bad rating is I want to have cancer screening and hormone screening because this seems to be very rapid onset for me. She denied my request based on very little she know about me as she only seen me twice. They basically told me to take my business elsewhere if I'm not happy. It blow my mind how they refused to let me have cancer screening when the fibroid I have is big enough to simply say "sorry, you have to remove your uterus"

I have always had a short wait time and great experience with the support staff and my regular NP. It can take a while to get an appointment at times, but it's well worth the wait. Staff is competent and compassionate.

I was a patient several years ago during a pregnancy.  I had developed a relationship with my doctor and really enjoyed her.  In my THIRD trimester, a staff member left a MESSAGE on my phone stating that my doctor had to go on leave and would not be back for my delivery and that they had cancelled all of my appointments so I needed to call back and reschedule with a new doctor.  I don't think that leaving a message on my phone was the proper way to tell a pregnant woman that information.  I went to Allina in Hastings instead and love them.  I recently decided to try scheduling again (for gyno exam/pap) in Eagan because it's closer to my house.  I scheduled online.  I received a message on my phone stating that I couldn't have a pap because I already had one less than a year ago and I needed to call them to schedule my appointment "correctly".  I called back to explain that I had not had a pap and was due for one.  I was told that they could do an exam, but not a pap because there wasn't time and that I could schedule another time to do that.  The scheduler was not rude and was trying to help figure out why or how we could schedule everything together.  It was either nursing or reception staff that seems to be the problem.  It should not be this difficult to do a CANCER screen.  I will never go back.  I'd rather drive 35 minutes to Hastings.

I have been seen by Dr. Spence and I would recommend him to anyone. He is very personable and very interesting in you and your baby. He has answered all my questions I have had throughout my pregnancy (my first). He is only at the Eagan location Wed-Fri. I understand the complaints for the other male doctor I had to see him once and was not impressed.  I think this is a great location and OB as long as you get to see a doctor who you feel comfortable with.

Reception was very nice and fast. Nurses was very gentle. And Dr. Rhonda Bakke was very kind and great explaining everything in easy language. Lab results were very fast, they all came out in a day or two.
