Rescheduled my appointment for a countertop installation 3 times.  After the installation, they called me and told me they gave me a different customer's sink.  Came back and changed it out for a warped and dented sink.  I called to complain and they came back the next day (2 hours late) with a new one and installed it crooked.  At this point I'm just going to have to pay a more competent person to come in and fix their mistakes.

All the workers from the person who made the templates to the installers to office staff were pleasant and professional. They did a wonderful job and all of our countertops look great.

Worked with them through my contractor. Did my kitchen countertops with them a couple years back, and they still look as great as they did the day of installation!
