Have been a member for a few years now.   Have had some ups and downs in life but Coughlin and allstate in general have taken care of things quickly and efficiently.   I live local to their office and they are almost always available in the office.

Horrible company to work with. I would rather not have insurance than pay this company a cent. Pataskala branch in the car dealership is a joke.  I had issues and there so called manager was rude and would not return phone calls. I highly recommend any different company. They are cheap so people choose them. I hope for all those people that you never need them. They will let you down.

Wanted to speak to a representative in person and saw they were open on Saturdays.  Stopped in at 2pm and no was around. Very disappointed after a 20min drive.
