I do restoration work for many insurance agents. But not many are as interested and caring about how their insureds are being taken care of when there is a water or fire emergency.  For example, I have met the owner, Jeff Lewis, at an insured's business on a weekend when the insured had a water line break.  Jeff went to check on the damages and make sure the claim was being handled promptly so that there would be no or minimal loss of business.  

This agency has friendly staff that works hard to help their insureds.

given me the opportunity to not concern myself with insurance. It was 
taken care of by the good people at PLW insurance.
