I have been a client of Associated for about four years. Their customer service is unmatched when it comes to claims - we have had both auto and home claims with all of the recent wind damage in Columbus. Our agent Geoff Bishop is always looking out for our best interests, and our premium is LESS than it was with the company we switched from - with better coverage. I highly recommend them.

When I am working with first time home buyers, I try to treat them as if they were members of my family. That is why I am careful to see what they are being charged for everything If they don't have an agent, I suggest Geoff Bishop. But, sometimes they'll want to get a quote from their current agent, which is fine. It is surprising how many times I see their quotes come in too high. Just because they are first time buyers doesn't mean they can be taken advantage of! That's when I tell them to call Geoff Bishop for a quote. They always end up switching.

Best insurance company in Westerville! I have used Associated Insurance since 2003 when I started my own pest control business. Bill Bishop and Tim Bowers have helped me grow my business by managing my risk. They have kept their rates very low, but the customer service is where they shine from the competition.
